The First Step in Enterprise Digital Transformation

Tcloud is initiated under the guidance of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, OSTP, and jointly propelled by the Administration for Digital Industries, MODA. It meticulously selects various cloud services from Taiwan, initially providing digital credits for online applications to subsidize MSMEs, thereby accelerating their first step towards digital transformation. Currently, it has amassed over 400 information service providers and more than 3,000 solution plans, ensuring a certain quality and SLA service standards, which allows MSMEs to quickly choose suitable digital tools. It also offers transformation guidelines for different industries, expert consultations, application cases, and practical videos for more MSMEs to reference and emulate.

Every Step of Tcloud

Since its launch in July 2021, Tcloud has continuously provided digital credit subsidies, expert consultation services, transformation guidelines for various industries, application cases, practical videos, and various thematic activities for more MSMEs to reference and emulate. Accompanying businesses through the sudden changes during the pandemic and the post-pandemic recovery period, over 68,000 Taiwanese MSMEs have enhanced their administrative efficiency, improved service quality, or reduced operating costs by adopting cloud tools.

Looking Forward, Our Next Step

Over the past three years, through our digital credit subsidy mechanism, we have actively encouraged MSMEs to adopt carefully selected cloud solution plans, promoting digital transformation. Due to the enthusiastic response from businesses, all digital credit subsidies from Tcloud have been fully allocated and officially ceased distribution as of March 15, 2024. However, Tcloud will continue a "yellow pages style" directory-based operation, persistently selecting and showcasing quality Taiwanese SaaS solutions. In the future, we will periodically offer thematic subsidies to collaboratively promote digital transformation with Taiwanese MSMEs
